Sarah & Mark
A wedding at Lawlor's of Naas.
Sarah and Mark’s day at Lawlor’s of Naas moved from quiet window light to a room full of laughter. Red hair, black tie and warm interiors run through the photographs, with plenty of embraces along the way.

01 / THE STORY
Getting ready in window light
The dress hung ready while makeup and the last small adjustments brought everyone together. Sarah’s portraits by the window sit alongside the laughter around her.
02 / THE STORY
Black tie and a raised glass
Mark’s preparations included help with his waistcoat and tie, a quiet moment at the window and a drink at the bar.
03 / THE STORY
The ceremony
The indoor ceremony brought handfasting, rings and some wonderfully open reactions. Guests watched closely, then filled the aisle with applause as Sarah and Mark walked out together.
04 / THE STORY
A little time together
The tall windows, stained glass and darker corners at Lawlor’s gave the portraits several different moods. There was room for the dress to spread out and for the two of them simply to laugh together.
05 / THE STORY
All the embraces
The time after the ceremony was full of hugs and animated conversation. A few group photographs kept that same playful feeling, including Mark being lifted by the men around him.
06 / THE STORY
Around the tables
Flowers, candlelight and a white cake with a black ribbon carried the details into the reception room. The speeches brought smiles, raised glasses and a few emotional reactions around the tables.
07 / THE STORY
Onto the dance floor
Purple light filled the room for the dancing. Sarah’s full skirt, the band and guests joining in gave the final photographs plenty of movement.
