Hi, I’m Paul.
Good photographs start with
feeling comfortable.
I’m the Paul behind McGlade Photography & Film. Based near Belfast, I photograph weddings across Ireland and beyond, working with a small team to capture the people, the atmosphere and everything that makes a day yours.
Away from weddings, there’s Fiona, our two kids and a phone full of family photographs. Some are lovely. Plenty are chaotic. The ones I keep coming back to are the ones that feel like us.
That’s what I want for you, too: photographs and films that bring back the people you love and how it felt to be there.
A RELAXED APPROACH
Your day,
as it happens.
You don’t need to know how to pose or feel at home in front of a camera. We’ll get to know you, find the light and offer a little guidance when it helps. There’s room for a few beautiful portraits, without turning your wedding into a photoshoot.
For the rest, we pay attention: a hand held before the ceremony, the laughter at your table, the people you haven’t seen in far too long. We won’t ask you to repeat a moment that’s already happened.
I want you to spend your day enjoying it. Our job is to make sure you have something wonderful to come back to.
