REAL WEDDINGS · CO. MONAGHAN
Roslyn & Jack
A wedding at Castle Leslie.
Roslyn and Jack’s Castle Leslie photographs move from quiet preparations to a ceremony beside the lake. Pale pink flowers, handfasting cords and open expressions give the ceremony its detail, while the house, gardens and black-and-white dance floor carry the story on.

01 / THE STORY
Quiet rooms and happy reactions
The preparations brought together window light, pale flowers and a few carefully kept details. A mirror caught the dress being finished before the room filled with smiling reactions.
02 / THE STORY
A drink with the group
Jack’s photographs begin at a stone-fronted pub, with drinks and easy conversation. The group then gathered outside before making their way on together.
03 / THE STORY
Beside the lake
The flower arch and pale chairs framed a ceremony full of expressive moments. Handfasting, spoken vows and the signing sit alongside hugs, tears and the music playing out on the lawn.
04 / THE STORY
Around the estate
The house and grounds offered a change of scale for the portraits, from a close smile to stone arches and broad steps. A little playfulness stayed in the photographs as the two of them explored the estate.
05 / THE STORY
Back among the guests
The tall windows made a warm backdrop for photographs with the group. Outside, there was ice cream, conversation and time for a larger photograph on the lawn.
06 / THE STORY
At the reception tables
Candles, flowers and a decorated cake filled the reception space. Raised napkins welcomed the couple, then the photographs settle into speeches and the reactions around the tables.
07 / THE STORY
Beneath the drapes and lights
The black-and-white floor and lights overhead gave the evening its setting. Roslyn and Jack danced close together before guests filled the floor with their own smiles and embraces.
